It's a new thing for mojang, I'm guessing they're going to keep adding new stuff in updates. Patience is key.

I bought it in the massive Android sale for £0.13, but yeah I find it difficult to maneuver around and build but as said before Mojang are updating it so that we can have mobs & survival, so it should get really good in the next few months or so :)

the general opinion is that it is going to be unsatisfactory, but i think otherwise. I want something to keep me awake in the classroom ;)

I would rather mojang focus on another game or keep updating minecraft on all cylinders rather than update the pocket edition, thats just my opinion.

Disappointed, it has a lot of restrictions so it gets boring quickly. They also said they would release an update for it last week.

Is it actually worth buying now?

I want to say yes, but no. I think it will be worth it when actual survival comes out, what I mean by this is crafting and more mobs.

That would be cool... as long as it doesn't lag!

Not a huge minecraft fan.. (WOW i know), but yeah the pocket edition just feels like a cheap imitation or stab at money-making by the devs. Very limiting.. but I guess if the developers are adding mobs and survival mode that'll be good, just hasn't grabbed my full attention yet.

I missed it by one day, if only I had checked the forums on the day of the sale.
